Graduation is a time to celebrate achievement and look forward to new opportunities. Walking the stage at commencement is a dream for many after years of hard work. However, each year, a number of UB students are unable to participate in our commencement ceremony because they cannot afford to purchase a cap and gown.
To allow as many students as possible to realize their dreams and celebrate success, Student Life is seeking donations to purchase graduation cap and gowns for those who would otherwise not be able to participate in commencement.
The cost to purchase a full graduation regalia for our students is approximately $100.
Please help us spread the word and take advantage of this great opportunity to help our students take the final step of their UB experience. Help us dress our students for success and make their dreams become a reality.
