Food insecurity is an issue facing college students nationwide. At UB, approximately 20% of students report experiencing lack of access to reliable, healthy food at some time.
The need for food outweighs donations during this critical time of year, and as a result, UB is seeking financial support for Blue Table this holiday season. Your donation to Blue Table will support a "Holiday Without Hunger," allowing students to submit online request forms for the food they need, and pick it up at a convenient location on campus.
Through crowdfunding, we are raising money to purchase food for this program to ensure every student has food available to them this season.
