WHO WE ARE
We are the University at Buffalo Men’s Basketball Team. Since 2014, UB Men’s basketball has won 4 MAC Championships earning 4 NCAA Tournament appearances with two teams advancing to the Round of 32. We have been invited to the NIT Tournament as an at large selection. Buffalo Men’s Basketball has had great success in the Academics producing multiple Masters degrees in addition having many student athletes continue their basketball careers professionally at the highest levels after graduation.
Our program lives by our motto “GO, GROW, GIVE”. We want our “GO” to be our drive, pushing ourselves every day in the classroom and on the court to be doing our best. Our “GROW” is the process of us improving as students and athletes as well as improving ourselves. Lastly our “GIVE” is defined by giving back to the community and giving back to our teammates and the game, being unselfish in everything that we do.
The 2022 Bulls are almost a brand-new roster, we have 9 new student athletes in our program. We have a challenging non-Conference schedule playing multiple Pre-Season League #1 seeds. We are very excited about our new roster, they are hungry to learn and extremely hungry to WIN!
WHY WE ARE RAISING FUNDS
We are raising funds in order to provide our Men’s Basketball student-athletes with recovery equipment. Recovery boots and Theraguns will help our players recover more quickly between practices and competitions ensuring peak performance for games. As our game evolves and science in athletics continues to grow we are seeking additional equipment to help us stay on the cutting edge of new technology and recovery methods!
