WHO WE ARE
We are the University at Buffalo Women’s Soccer Team. Since 2014 our program has produced four Division I All-Americans, 22 United Soccer Coaches All-Region recipients, 48 All-MAC honors, seven MAC Player of the Year awards, and 90 Academic All-MAC honorees. Twice we have won the regular season MAC Championship, both times going undefeated in league play (2014, 2022). We also captured the MAC Tournament Championships those same years and represented our conference in the NCAA Tournament, another first in our programs history.
Our program is developing young woman who truly C.A.R.E. Our character shows who we are in the community and the platform we have to make a difference. We hold each other accountable both on and off the field. We will compete at the highest level and resiliently attack adversity. Finally, our energy defines who we are on a daily basis.
WHY WE ARE RAISING FUNDS
We are raising funds to send our student-athletes out West this fall to take part in two regular season matches in Colorado. By traveling out West during the regular season, our team will have the opportunity to train at some of the top facilities in the nation, while facing off against top tier competition which will further prepare our team to compete in the Mid-American Conference. In addition to the competition scenery, we will be able to provide various team building activities while on the road, while also exploring an area outside of Buffalo and Western New York! Through your contributions, our team will have a once a lifetime travel experience this Fall.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
With your help, we can continue to grow our Women’s Soccer program on a national level and continue to succeed in the MAC! All gifts made in support of our Operation STAMPede crowdfunding campaign are tax-deductible and will be allocated towards the Women’s Soccer Fund.
